Couples, a decent retreat

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the staff was super friendly, especially with my puppy just making it all feel like a home. The breakfast had some unexpected gluten-free options which, believe me, you don’t see in most places and was a nice surprise.

Not exactly budget-friendly, but acceptable considering the location.

best western plus is in a convenient location on main street, close to great restaurants and shopping. the loft in our queen room was a hit with my daughter! the friendly staff made us feel at home, and the clean, safe environment was excellent. we loved the heated indoor pool, the deepest in the city, perfect for family fun.

Spent a fun weekend with friends! We hit Turtle Creek Casino, tried our luck, and enjoyed Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf for some laughs. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast variety exceeded my expectations, truly a great value. It was nice to relax in the spacious Queen room after a busy day of exploring.

One downside was the broken elevator during our stay. It was a bit inconvenient navigating the stairs, especially for those who might need the lift.

I had a wonderful time at the Best Western Plus in Traverse City. The breakfast options blew me away. Eggs, waffles, and bagels, all fresh and delicious. The staff really stood out. they were warm and welcoming at every turn. The shuttle drivers were particularly great, always ready to help with smiles. My Queen room was clean, with modern decor, and I loved the cozy sitting area. However, I found the bed uncomfortably high. It made sitting on the edge tricky, especially when putting on shoes. The bathroom felt a bit tiny, but it was clean. One downside. the pool had a lot of kids during my stay, making it hard to relax. Overall, the stay was lovely, but I hope they consider some changes to the bed and pool access to enhance the experience.
